By using swiftdigest.com ("the site"), submitting a tip, or holding a membership, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Nature of the site
Swift Digest is an independent newsroom publishing reporting and analysis. The site exists to publish that work, support reader memberships, and provide a channel for tips, corrections, and inquiries.
3. Intellectual property
All editorial content on this site — articles, briefings, photography, illustrations, and original code — is owned by Swift Digest unless explicitly credited otherwise. Members may share occasional articles with friends; mass redistribution, scraping, or training of machine-learning models on Swift Digest content without written permission is not allowed.
Brand names, logos, and product names referenced in coverage remain the property of their respective owners and are used under fair-use principles for editorial reporting.
4. Tips, corrections, and inquiries
Submitting a tip, correction, or inquiry through the contact form (or via email) does not establish a confidential relationship by default. Source confidentiality is available on request and is honored when granted — see the Privacy Policy for details.
5. Memberships
Memberships are billed on the cadence you select (monthly or annual). You may cancel at any time; service continues to the end of the current billing period and does not renew. Founding-member rates, when available, are grandfathered for the life of the account so long as the account remains in good standing.
Refunds are available within 14 days of the initial charge. After that window, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion for unused portions of an annual term.
6. Investor inquiries
Marketing materials describing the Swift Digest app and the founding investor program are not an offer to sell securities. Any actual investment is governed by separate transaction documents (subscription agreement, term sheet) signed by both parties. Information shared during diligence is provided in confidence.
7. Information you submit
Information submitted through any form on Swift Digest is governed by the Privacy Policy. Tips submitted with confidentiality requested are protected per that policy.
8. No warranties
The site is provided "as is." Editorial content is published in good faith and corrected when errors are found, but we make no warranty that everything is continuously available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swift Digest is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
